Important Notice
Please review your order carefully prior to checkout, to avoid any issues or delays. By completing your purchase, you agree to our Return Policy as part our Terms and Conditions.
Order Modifications
If you would like to revise your order, contact the store at untitledapparelcollective@gmail.com within 24 hours so we can rectify the issue.
Order Cancelations
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Under no circumstances do we accept returns unless certain eligible conditions are met.
Returns
To start a return, you can contact us at untitledapparelcollective@gmail.com.
In the email, please provide the following:
- Order Number & Name in the subject line
- Four photos at different angles (front, back, side, bottom) of the unworn/unused item
- A description of why you requested a return
- A copy of your receipt
After an evaluation, if your return is accepted, instructions will provide on how and where to send your package. It is the customer's responsibility to have the item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
As our items are in limited quantity, eligibility for returns are to be determined based on thorough evaluation. If the item is deemed worn, out of the original packaging, and or used upon inspection, returns will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your ordered item(s) must meet the following requirements:
- In the original condition that you have received it with unopened packaging, unworn and unused, with proper tags & labels attached
- Customer is responsible for all shipping related costs and any additional fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
You will also need to provide the receipt for proof of purchase. Inability to adhere to these requirements will result in an automatic cancellation of a refund with no exchanges.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, as it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct order was placed upon purchase. If you would like to replace an item, email us and we'll provide a unique one-time use code to place a new order at no cost. Shipping rates will apply.
Refund Method
All refunds are in a form of a one-time-use gift card or store credit, equating to the total cost of the order before tax and shipping costs. The gift card or store credit does not expire and is only valid to the customer requesting a refund.
Pricing Adjustments
Promotional discounts and pricing cannot be retroactively applied to prior purchases. Orders that are placed at the start of a sale or promotion are not eligible for pricing adjustments or partial refunds.
Final Sale Items
All items are that deemed FINAL SALE and are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. These items may include:
- Marked limited edition drops
- Discounted items marked as final sale
- Collaborations

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Note: Discolouration and or any loose threads are not considered damages or defects, as the pigment dye washes out the natural colour giving it a distinct look. Loose threading is possible due to the manufacture of the item; however, we try our best to ensure that these are mitigated.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Untitled Apparel is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they receive their package upon its arrival. Please contact your local postal service provider for any questions or concerns.
